I absolutely love being a doula.  It is the heart of birth.

The following is a brief list of what I offer as your doula.  Please feel free to email me with other questions.

• Free initial consultation 

• I provide two prenatal visits to discuss your birth vision and plans, the other to become familiar with where you live and plans for the birth day.

• The Birth day/night ; I provide tools that might be helpful during labor, but also can recommend things you might like to use or purchase for your personal home use.  I am an assistant to the coach/partner/husband.

• One postpartum visit to check on mother, baby and family.  Discuss breastfeeding and make sure that it is well established.

• Unlimited phone and email consultation

 

Fees:  My fee for Doula services are $500
